Said Taghmaoui (Lost) has been made a regular on the Fox series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The GI Joe actor will play Guillermo Ortiz, a former Jesuit priest turned killer.
English actor Adam Campbell (Harper's Island) also joins Touch in a recurring role. He has been cast as Tony Rigby, close friend and business partner of new regular Calvin Butterfield (Lukas Haas).
The third new cast addition is Ray Santiago (Raising Hope), who will play a colleague of journalist Martin Bohm (Sutherland).
Saxon Sharbino (I Spit on Your Grave) and Greg Ellis (Pirates of the Caribbean) will also appear in the show's next run.
Touch returns for season two on Friday, October 26 at 8/9c on Fox. In the UK, the series is also expected to return to Sky1 in October.
